Monday, October 6th, 2008

For those with little or no credit getting a loan is hard enough, but it is getting even tougher to get a auto loan since the prices are falling so drastically on the vehicles which are sitting on car lots currently. The auto industry is getting hit hard not just by the fact that loans are getting tougher to acquire for those who need an adverse credit loan. But when you add in the cost of the gasoline needed to fuel the vehicles so many models are now undesirable do their low estimated miles per gallon ratings. This is making the value on these autos drop even though they are just sitting on the lot brand new waiting to be purchased.

Since the value of the vehicle is dropping quickly and the cost of living is going up those with adverse or no credit are having problems finding a lender who is willing to work with the on an auto loan. Though there are recommendations by some experts for these individuals to look into gas saving hybrid autos. Since these cars are more in demand this will increase the likely hood of those with no credit getting the auto loan for that new car they are in need of.

Student Loans With No Credit History

Monday, September 1st, 2008

The current credit crisis is affecting not only home loans and credit card rates, it is also significantly affecting those with no credit who are trying to acquire student loans. A recent report from finaid.org, one of the leading resources for college students seeking financial assistance, more than 130 lenders have pulled out of the student loan market. With less lenders and an ever growing amount of students seeking aid the numbers would suggest that for a student with no credit attempting to get a loan might have more difficulty than in the past.

Luckily reports are that students are still able to get these no credit loans despite fewer lenders willing to give these personal loans out to the future workforce. The only difference many are reporting as compared to the past many banks are not coming through with the funds to approve the loans until almost last minute. This means many students are cutting it very close to being able to get their loans and the beginning of the semester. This can be stressful waiting for your financial aid to come through when you must have it to attend college and have no credit to acquire the funds from other sources.
